Unfortunately, due to lack of entries, the Preliminary Test will not go ahead. Those entered will receive a refund for this test.

- The decision of the Judges is final. Telford Equestrian Centre reserves the right to refuse entry and to remove anyone from the venue at any time without giving any reasoning, amend the details of the schedule should it become necessary, or to cancel any class with insufficient entries. For if a class is cancelled for insufficient entries, competitors will be given an alternative class to compete in and will be contacted via email.
- An onsite photographer may be taking photos on the day, if you wish to not have your photograph taken you must make yourself known to the photographer. Telford Equestrian Centre reserves the right to any use images for marketing purposes.
- Prize monies to be claimed on the day at our catering box and cannot be claimed any other time.
- All classes are open to juniors or seniors riding horses or ponies. Classes will be combined.
- Any horse/pony considered to be lame, unfit or unhealthy by a Judge or a member of the team at TEC will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry.
- It is compulsory that all persons attending the venue under the age of 18 years of age is accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Strictly no dogs allowed
- TEC reserves the right to cancel any of its competitions at any point without any notice or reasoning. We will always aim to give you atleast 24 hours notice. For any reason a competition must be cancelled, an email will be sent to the booking holder. An update may also be put onto the event page and social media pages.
